Refund policy

If a PADEL 01 guide doesn't help you, email hello@padel01.app within 14 days of your purchase and tell us briefly what didn't work for you. We'll refund you in full. Your answer helps us improve the guide.

One refund per customer. We may decline refund requests that look like repeated misuse, such as several refunds from the same person.

Payments and refunds are handled by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record for all orders. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.

Privacy

PADEL 01 is run by Uros Medja, Parecag 134, 6333 Sečovlje, Slovenia, who is responsible for the personal data described here.

This website doesn't use cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify you. It only tells us how many people visit, which pages they open, and roughly where visits come from (country, device and the referring site).

• If you join the waitlist, your email address is stored with Lemon Squeezy so we can tell you when new guides and the app are ready, and send the odd padel tip. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• When you buy a guide, Lemon Squeezy processes your name, email address and payment details to complete the order, send your download link and meet tax rules. Their privacy policy applies to that data.
• We receive your name and email address with your order so we can deliver the guide, answer questions and handle refunds.
• If you choose to receive padel tips by email at checkout, you can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email.

PADEL 01 guides and the waitlist are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you think a child has given us their email address, write to hello@padel01.app and we'll delete it.

Terms

• Each guide is a digital PDF. Your purchase gives you a personal licence to read, print and keep it for your own use.
• Please don't share, resell or publish the file. If a friend wants it, send them to padel01.app.
• Owner discount: if you bought PADEL 01 Beginner, you'll get 50% off PADEL 01 Intermediate when it launches. We'll email the discount code to the address you used to buy. It can't be exchanged for cash.
• Technique advice is general coaching guidance. Warm up, play within your limits and adapt the drills with a coach if you have an injury or health condition.
• Rules follow the FIP Rules of Padel (2026). Local clubs and tournaments may use their own formats.
